Instructions

Surface Preparation:

  1. Clean glass hurricane with warm soapy water, rinse in clean water and thoroughly dry.
  2. Moisten paper towel with rubbing alcohol and wipe over entire glass surface, allow to dry.

Painting Instructions:

  1. Roll bottle of Frost Etching Effect on table to thoroughly mix product.
  2. Squeeze small puddle onto foam plate and load flat side of stencil brush.  Dab clean spot on plate to ensure brush is properly loaded.
  3. Dab stencil brush straight up and down directly onto glass where etching is desired.  Reload brush when needed and continue dabbing until entire area has been painted with frost etching effect.  Set aside and allow to dry 1 hour.
  4. When dry, bake to cure.  Place glass hurricane in cool oven; set oven to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes.  Turn oven off and allow to cool in oven.  Remove when completely cool.
  5. Secure spider web pattern securely inside glass hurricane.
  6. Twist Fine-Tip Top no 3 tip (or tip of choice) onto glitter paint bottle of choice.
Turn bottle upside down and shake paint to the tip.  Gently squeeze and move bottle following the spider web patterns.  Continue until entire design is painted.  Set aside and allow to thoroughly dry.
