Instructions

1. Measure the height and circumference of your vase and add an inch to the circumference. Cut a piece of scrapbook paper to this measurement. Depending on the circumference of the vase you might need to use two pieces of paper to fit around the vase

2. Alter the Mod Podge by adding broken eyeshadows and glitter to the formula. Pour a small amount into a dish, using a spoon mix the glitter and eyeshadow thoroughly with the Mod Podge.

3. Working on wax paper. Using a foam brush apply a liberal coat of Mod Podge to the back of the paper, working quickly, flip over the paper and apply Mod Podge to the front of the paper. Center the paper on the outside of the vase. Wrap around the vase, use your fingers to press out any air bubbles. Use your foam brush to smooth out your brush strokes. If you are using two pieces, do one side first, allow to dry and then do the second side. Allow to dry for four hours.

4. Hot glue trim around the base or top rim of the vase and flowers/gems to the top. Drop a votive candle in the vase and watch it glow. Using a small glass votive cup makes clean up a snap.
