Glittered Easter Eggs with Mod Podge

PLAID Supplies
  • Plaid ® Hot Glue Gun Helpers
  • Mod Podge ® Gloss, 8 oz.

Other Supplies
Easter egg shape (Styrofoam
wood or real)
Foam paintbrush
Ultrafine glitter
Velvet ribbon
Nest
Moss
Hot glue

Instructions

1. Using a foam paintbrush, paint the eggs with Mod Podge.  

2. Sprinkle glitter over the Mod Podge and allow to dry.  Repeat on any missed spots.

3. Hot glue ribbon trim around the eggs. Hot glue a palm-full of moss to the center of the nest.  Hot glue the egg into the nest.

PROJECT TIP:  When glittering, glitter over an opened file folder.  Once you are finished gather the sides of the file folder and funnel back into the glitter jar.
