  • Mod Podge ® Matte, 8 oz.

Cuff link blanks with trays
Scrapbook paper (small print)
Scissors
Foam paintbrush

Instructions

1. Using the inside of the well of the tray as a guide, trim the paper to fit inside the well.

2.  Apply a thin coat of Mod Podge to the back of the paper.  Position the paper in the well of the tray.  Press any air bubbles with your fingers.  Allow to dry for 15 minutes.  Once dry, top coat with a layer of Mod Podge.  Allow to dry for 3 hours.
