Supplies

PLAID Supplies
  • Gallery Glass ® Window Color™ - Crystal Clear, 2 oz.
  • Gallery Glass ® Window Color™ - Kelly Green, 2 oz.
  • Gallery Glass ® Window Color™ - Blue Diamond, 2 oz.
  • Gallery Glass ® Liquid Leading™ - Black, 2 oz.
  • Gallery Glass ® Redi-Lead™ Value Pack
  • Gallery Glass ® Window Color™ - Aqua, 2 oz.
Other Supplies
Two glass votives
Round toothpicks
Tape

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry glass votives.
  2. Center the oval pattern inside the votives and tape into place.
  3. Trace the pattern with Redi-Lead lines on the surface of the votive. Move pattern to remaining three sides and apply Redi-Lead.
  4. Apply the Redi-Lead lines to the top and bottom of the votives.
  5. Apply Redi-Lead lines from the top of the votive to the bottom, creating stripes.
  6. Place a small bead of Liquid Lead where the Redi-Lead meets. Let dry.
  7. Apply Window Color to stripes using the vertical painting method and referring to photo.
  8. Let dry overnight or until the Window Color is clear.
