 Continental
Stitch
Work first row from right to left. Come up at A, go down
at B, up at C, etc. Repeat across row.
For next row turn canvas upside down and work from right
to left.
 Back
Stitch
Come up at A; go down at B, to the right of A. Come up at
C, to the left of A.
Repeat B - C, inserting the needle into hole of completed
stitch.
 Straight
Stitch
Come up at A; go down at B. Pull flat.
Repeat A - B for each stitch. The length of the stitch should
be the same as the length of the line segment on the Design
Chart.
