The pair brings a fresh approach to creative living with their "outside the box ideas" for crafts, recipes and home décor. Their approach is easy: try something new everyday and get creative with what you have.
Cathie and Steve create, produce and co-host the popular lifestyle shows, Creative Juice & Witch Crafts on HGTV & DIY Network. In 2007, they were nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Lifestyle Hosts for their work on Creative Juice and in 2008, they were nominated for their second Emmy for Outstanding Lifestyle Program for their work on Witch Crafts.
Their first book, Creative Juice – 45 Re-Crafting Projects, is filled with fun and funky recycling craft ideas that can be made for pennies. Their second book, Bow Wow WOW! - Fetching Costumes for Your Fabulous Dog is available now and their third book 100 Onesies, will be released in 2010.
Cathie and Steve write DIY Hobbies, a syndicated newspaper column for Scripps Howard News Service and a lifestyle blog as well as contribute to national shelter publications such as Life Magazine, Real Simple, Redbook and many others. Cathie & Steve both grew up in the Midwest and have been getting crafty since they can remember.
